Gary Hong

Clubhouse Director

Gary has been involved in tennis for over 30 years, serving on the board of several community tennis clubs and playing for various club teams through the years. He received his certification in 2022 and has been teaching the kids after-school program since 2023. He is also available to teach beginners and intermediates and is keen to share his hard-won knowledge to his fellow club-players.

Christine Mann

Clubhouse Monitor

Christine has lived in the East York/Thorncliffe neighbourhood for more than 25 years. She was so happy to join the club over 10 years ago, where she started taking lessons and has loved playing tennis ever since. A fun connection is that her family also played at our club more than 25 years ago!

When she’s not on the court, Christine enjoys spending time with family and friends over a great meal with good music and wine,and also likes watching tennis. She’s looking forward to continuing to grow her game and getting to know more members around the club. 🎾

Moudy Schricker

Club House Monitor

Moudy is back for his third season at Thorncliffe Park Tennis Club and is excited to welcome everyone for the season ahead.

Mahmoud (Moudy) Schricker is also an accomplished musician and producer, and the founder of Link Music Lab, a Toronto-based artist collective and not-for-profit dedicated to supporting Iranian-Canadian music through creative, genre-blending collaborations.

Moudy also enjoys playing tennis and when he’s not on the courts, Moudy continues to work on music and community projects that bring artists together.
